A great way to simplify your Vegas vacation is by staying at a Vegas Hotel and Casino. Unlike some of the older hotels on the strip, combination hotel / casinos offer you the best of both worlds. In recent years most Vegas establishments have been hard at work promoting their Casinos. Obviously most places in Vegas profit primarily from their Casino operations. The major Casinos in recent years have realized that by offering their hotel rooms at large discounts they can attract and retain to new players far easier then before. Not only do the Casinos make sure that you're staying in their hotel for the majority of your day, but most players really enjoy free or discounted hotel comps and show their gratitude by playing in the same hotel / casino for the majority of their trip.

Often times you will spend far more on entertainment then your actual room. However this arrangement is mutually beneficial, while the Casino keeps you around, you get the benefit of a highly discounted room. Some locations in Vegas such as the MGM Grand have rooms that can run up to $299.99/night. Now I'm not sure about you, but a thousand dollars on a hotel room for a short Vegas trip doesn't sound that great to me, no matter how good the room. Some of these Hotel Rooms are literally 75% off from time to time, although most of the time you get a more reasonable promo of 25% to 50% off.

While most of these hotels send out good hotel offers to their frequent players, they are unable to target the average person. A great many people book hotel rooms in Las Vegas without actually checking for Vegas hotel deals. These big hotels would still like to charge their normal prices, so many people unknowingly are paying almost double sometimes for the same hotel rooms. These links are sometimes available on the hotel websites although rarely.
