The baseball coaches at College of Southern Nevada are so protective of their prodigy player, Bryce Harper, that not even “60 Minutes” could get a special on him. After being called “Baseball’s Chosen One” on the cover of Sports Illustrated, ultimate chaos began. The article compared him to Lebron James which turned the baseball player into an instant celebrity.
The 17 year old Harper, smashed a 570 foot home run in high school and is credited with the longest home run at the Tampa Bay Rays Tropicana Field. Coaches for the baseball prodigy keep him off limits from everyone, no autographs, interviews or anything else distracting.
